UI/UX Design Intern (3-Month Remotely)

Role Overview
As part of our UI/UX Design Team, you will work on real-world projects to craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our flagship product, Match My Aid, and other innovative solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in user research, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and development teams to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences and guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with developers to align designs with technical requirements.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces for seamless performance across devices.
- Contribute creative input to brainstorming sessions and new feature ideation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Passion for designing with empathy and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
